Merchandise can be returned within United States can be returned
for an exchange, or store credit. If you are unhappy with the item(s),
we will take back or exchange the item(s) when returned within 10
days from the day you received it. There is a limit of one exchange

Return Authorization Number. Return all merchandise to One More
Pair 2323 West Erwin Tyler, Texas 75702 in their original condition
with tags attached for an exchange, or store credit.
- There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order.
- Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned. No shipping
charges will be credited.
- Store Credits will be issued in your name for the
dollar amount of the items you sent back.
- You may redeem your store credit within 1 year from the date
of your purchase.
- There is no refund,exchange or store credit on sale or clearance items. No exeptions
